We at likeabike.ca have the utmost respect for our client's privacy. With every customer, account information is kept in complete confidence. Our strict corporate policy insures that we will not sell, distribute, or otherwise publish your personal information to any third party.

  1. We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order.
  2. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery.
  3. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
  4. We do not sell our customer's information.
  5. We do not send out junk mails to our customers.

Return Policy

We hope that you will love our LIKEaBIKE. In the event that you are less than happy with it after your purchase, we will be happy to refund or exchange the LIKEaBIKE or any other of its spare parts to you within 30 days of purchase, provided that the product and all packaging is in new condition. If you need to return an item please send us your package via an insured and prepaid method. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.

Shipping Information

We ship either Fedex or Canada Post. Shipping charges for all orders vary based on amount of items per order and destination.We charge a general fee of CAD $50,- and adjust this after your purchase with the exact shipping details. If you want to know the exact shipping fee before your purchase please send us your ZIP code (info@likeabike.ca) and we are happy to provide concrete information on your shipment.
